Job Description/Responsibilities

Our client is looking for an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide essential support to the Regional Manager’s Office. In this role, you will ensure that the needs of our Security Officers are met and that the company's standards are upheld consistently. Your efficiency and professionalism will play a key role in maintaining smooth operations within the department. What You’ll Be Doing: • Assist in requesting and comparing quotations from vendors to identify the best purchasing options for Area 2. • Generate requisitions in ACCPAC for approved quotations within a week of approval. • Submit invoices for payment within three (3) days of receiving items from vendors. • Schedule disciplinary hearings and coordinate the retrieval of files for security officers. • Distribute stationery and office supplies to Area 2 as requested. • Respond promptly and appropriately to calls from internal and external clients. • Accept, screen, and route telephone calls related to the department's activities and operations. • Receive and manage mail, documents, and packages on behalf of Area 2. • Assist in procuring and distributing tea supplies, tissues, napkins, etc., for outstations. • Organize and schedule monthly meetings with supervisors. • Perform any other duties as instructed by the Regional Manager.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource or Business Administration. Minimum of two (2) years of experience in an office or business environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong written and oral communication skills. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Effective decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
