Job Description/Responsibilities

Position Summary: We are seeking a visionary and strategic leader for the role of Head of Group HR. This individual will lead the design and execution of a comprehensive human resources strategy that aligns with the company’s global business objectives. As the Head of Group HR, you will oversee all HR functions across multiple regions, driving the development of a high-performance culture, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and compliance with local and international regulations. This is a key leadership role for someone with a passion for fostering an inclusive, innovative, and results-driven workforce. Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Leadership: • Develop and implement a global HR strategy that supports the company's long-term vision and growth. • Lead HR transformation initiatives to foster a high-performance, results-oriented culture. • Design scalable HR frameworks and solutions that enhance employee experiences while supporting the organization’s rapid expansion. • Collaborate with senior leadership to address human capital needs, ensuring alignment with workforce planning, organizational design, and succession strategies. • Oversee the financial management of the HR department to ensure cost-effective operations. • Drive the adoption of cutting-edge HR technology to improve efficiency, productivity, and employee engagement. 2. Talent Management & Succession Planning: • Craft and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to attract top talent across all global locations. • Develop and maintain a strong leadership pipeline, with a focus on succession planning and long-term leadership development. • Partner with senior leadership to identify key talent, create retention strategies, and nurture career development. • Design and implement Learning & Development (L&D) programs that address skill gaps and foster professional growth across the organization. • Leverage technology to enhance the effectiveness of talent strategies and improve overall people management. 3. Compensation, Benefits & Performance Management: • Design competitive and equitable compensation structures and benefits packages that are aligned with market trends and localized to meet regional needs. • Oversee the development and execution of performance management programs that promote accountability, continuous improvement, and excellence. • Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws, while maintaining fairness and equity in compensation across the organization. 4. Compliance & Risk Management: • Develop and implement an HR policy framework that aligns with the company's legal, ethical, and business requirements. • Ensure compliance with all local, national, and international employment laws and regulations. • Actively mitigate HR-related risks through the promotion of a culture of integrity, transparency, and regulatory compliance. • Lead initiatives related to employee relations, conflict resolution, and labor law adherence. 5. Diversity, Equity & Inclusion: • Lead the development and execution of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives, ensuring an inclusive work environment that reflects the diverse nature of the global workforce. • Promote DEI as a core element of the company culture, enhancing engagement and retention. 6. HR Operations & Technology: • Standardize HR processes and operational workflows to optimize efficiency across all regions. • Use data-driven HR metrics and analytics to make informed decisions and improve organizational performance. • Oversee the development and implementation of HR Information Systems (HRIS) and other technologies to streamline HR operations and ensure seamless employee experiences. 7. Leadership & Employee Engagement: • Lead the development of leadership programs that create a capable, forward-thinking leadership team. • Build and nurture a highly engaged and motivated workforce through transparent communication, employee well-being initiatives, and engagement programs. • Foster an environment where employees feel valued and are empowered to contribute to the company’s success.

Job Requirements

Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR/SHRM certification preferred). • 7+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, managing HR operations across multiple regions or countries. • Proven track record in aligning HR strategy with business objectives to drive organizational growth. • Deep understanding of HR standards, labor laws, and compliance across various regions. • Experience with HR technology, including HRIS systems and analytics tools. • Strong business acumen with exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills. • Willingness to travel as needed to oversee HR initiatives and attend key recruitment or leadership events.
