Job Description/Responsibilities

Our client is seeking an innovative and strategic Human Resources Manager to help shape the future of security technology! The Human Resources Manager will play a pivotal role in the company’s success by cultivating a dynamic and motivated workforce. This role involves aligning HR strategies with business goals and fostering a company culture that promotes growth and innovation. Key responsibilities include: • Designing and executing HR strategies that drive talent acquisition, engagement, and retention. • Leading the recruitment process, from sourcing top talent to onboarding and ensuring a seamless integration into the team. • Managing employee relations, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive, productive work environment. • Overseeing compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance. • Developing and implementing training programs to help team members reach their full potential. • Staying ahead of HR trends, recommending and implementing innovative solutions.

Job Requirements

• 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced tech environment. • Strong understanding of HR principles, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, and training. • Proven ability to align HR strategies with business objectives. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. • A passion for building and nurturing high-performing teams. • Proactive, results-oriented mindset. • Understanding of the tech industry and its unique talent needs (a plus).
