Job Description/Responsibilities

Elevate your career by joining our client's team as an Human Resources Associate —where your organizational skills meet meaningful impact. The Human Resources Associate is responsible for providing essential administrative support in contract management, records management, ID management, and separation processes for all Guardsman Metaverse Security Officers. This role is critical in ensuring the department's daily operations run smoothly, meeting the needs of Security Officers while maintaining the department's and company’s standards. Key Responsibilities: • Add new Security Officer information to the Smart Task System, compile contracts, and send banking details to Payroll and ID requests to the ID department within 1-2 days of onboarding. • Ensure the completeness and accuracy of all mandatory documents on file for new Security Officers. • Follow up within one week of hire to ensure IDs are received and distributed. • Coordinate and submit ID requests to GM Telecoms via email upon contract signing. • Maintain contract management records for assigned Security Officers. • Notify Operations Management of upcoming contract expirations two months in advance. • Maintain both physical and electronic records for GMV Security Officers in the Smart Task System. • Identify and resolve Security Officers’ issues and complaints daily. • Deactivate Security Officers in the Smart Task system and other relevant systems after final payment is made by Payroll. • Notify HRSS Admin Manager, Operations Leadership, Payroll, and Roster Room of Security Officer's inactive status after final payment. - Prepare and submit a monthly report to the Senior HR Officer by the 3rd working day of each month. - Perform other related tasks within the scope of the function. Conditions Related to the Job: • Regular attendance is required. • Occasional work beyond normal hours and on weekends may be necessary. • Flexibility to work during weekends periodically.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent experience and education. • Training in Human Resource Management or related disciplines. • Minimum of 1-year experience in general administration. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Demonstrated skills in accurate record-keeping.
