Join Our Team: Empower Business Success with Your IT Expertise! As part of the IT Business Support team, you'll play a vital role in providing effective IT business systems support for users across all companies and markets within our client's group. You’ll be jointly responsible for manning the IT Helpdesk and directly supporting business services and their underlying systems. This position offers exposure to a wide range of IT-related projects and activities, with project management being a key aspect of the role. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage IT projects as directed by the IT Operations Manager or as required by the business. • Translate customer needs into effective application and technology solutions, including research, evaluation, design, and implementation. • Manage user access to the corporate domain and business systems in line with HR requirements. • Collaborate with system and service vendors to ensure optimal operation and maintenance of business systems and services; assist with system integrations and new functionalities. • Provide customized training to teams and maintain necessary documentation. • Escalate system issues to the IT Operations Manager, relevant IT Manager, system vendors, or appropriate stakeholders as needed.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. • At least two (2) years of experience in Enterprise Technical Support or IT Support. • Advanced knowledge of the Windows operating system environment. • Familiarity with Sage and Oracle systems. • Experience with Thin Client, Citrix, Microsoft 365, and Azure business environments is a plus. • Understanding of relational database systems and software engineering.
