Job Description/Responsibilities

Are you an experienced and results-driven leader? Our client, a leading pharmaceutical distribution brand, is on the lookout for a National Sales Manager to spearhead their cardiovascular and diabetes portfolio. If you're ready to drive regional business growth through innovative marketing strategies and elevate their sales team's capabilities, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities: Business Achievement: - Set and communicate individual sales targets, ensuring alignment with team objectives. - Delegate customer account responsibilities, including territory management and visit frequency. - Oversee sales team activities, ensuring resource optimization and monitoring of sales objectives. - Support key account managers in developing and reviewing strategic plans. - Collaborate across functions to ensure alignment with sales objectives and formulate effective sales policies. Execution Excellence: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish performance indicators. - Lead the development of target customer lists and priority market segments. - Identify and address potential bottlenecks to success. - Adapt plans based on ongoing assessment and learning. Data Analytics and Sales Force Management: - Analyze and report on sales data to facilitate decision-making. - Forecast sales revenue and identify opportunities for growth. - Provide inputs to enhance sales force effectiveness (SFE). - Manage sales analytics for digital interventions. Digital Marketing Management: - Execute marketing plans, including patient-centric and doctor-centric innovations. - Support digital marketing initiatives, such as webinars. - Implement multi-channel marketing strategies. - Identify technology opportunities for insights generation. New Product Management: - Ensure effective communication and deployment of marketing strategies for new products. - Monitor CRM activities for new product launches. - Achieve targets for new product introductions.

Job Requirements

- 8-10 years of senior sales and marketing experience. - Experience in pharmaceutical sales is preferred. - Strong leadership and management abilities. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in data analysis and strategic thinking.
