Job Description/Responsibilities
Are you an experienced and dynamic leader with a passion for identifying top talent? Our client is seeking a Recruitment Manager to drive their talent acquisition strategy and ensure the organization attracts and retains high-caliber candidates. As the Recruitment Manager, you will play a critical role in collaborating with hiring managers, managing the full recruitment lifecycle, and continuously optimizing recruitment processes to support the company’s growth. You will take ownership of candidate experience from initial outreach to successful onboarding, ensuring an efficient and positive hiring process that aligns with the organization’s strategic goals. Key Responsibilities: Partner with hiring managers to assess and understand staffing needs, ensuring all roles are clearly defined and accurately communicated. Develop and post compelling job advertisements that attract qualified candidates across various platforms (job boards, social media, etc.). Leverage advanced recruitment tools and strategies to proactively source and engage top-tier candidates. Manage the entire candidate journey, from screening and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience. Lead and coordinate recruitment events, including career fairs and employer branding initiatives. Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring effective data management and reporting for continuous improvement. Work closely with the training and HR teams to ensure smooth onboarding and training of new hires. Develop and implement strategies to reduce time-to-hire and improve recruitment efficiency.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, HR Development, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus). Minimum of 5 years’ experience in recruitment, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of modern sourcing strategies, including the use of ATS, job boards, social media, and other recruitment technologies. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). Flexibility to work outside regular hours when necessary, including weekends or holidays.
