Job Description/Responsibilities
Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for finding top talent? Our client is seeking an exceptional Recruitment Manager to join their team! As the Recruitment Manager, you will be the driving force behind our client's talent acquisition strategy, ensuring the right people are in place to meet the organization's current and future needs. You’ll work closely with hiring managers to understand vacancy requirements, craft compelling job advertisements, and leverage cutting-edge recruitment tools to attract the best candidates. Your role will involve managing the entire candidate journey—from initial contact to onboarding—while continuously improving the recruitment process to reduce time-to-hire and enhance the overall candidate experience. Key responsibilities include: • Collaborating with hiring managers to accurately assess and fulfill vacancy needs. • Crafting and coordinating engaging job advertisements and postings. • Utilizing advanced recruitment tools and platforms to attract and shortlist top talent. • Ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience through effective communication and coordination. • Leading the onboarding process to ensure new hires are set up for success from day one. • Spearheading recruitment drives and representing the company at career fairs. • Maintaining accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System for effective data management and reporting. • Coordinating with training departments to ensure new hires receive necessary training.
Job Requirements
• A Bachelor's degree in HR Management or HR Development (a Master’s degree is a plus). • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a fast-paced recruitment environment. • At least 3 years of supervisory experience. • Expertise in sourcing strategies, including the use of ATS, job boards, and social media. • Outstanding communication and organizational skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. • Flexibility to work outside of regular hours, including weekends and holidays as required. • Willingness to travel for recruitment events and maintain a dynamic work schedule.
